Travelling the world for many years, he brings his appreciation for global cuisine to his menu. Recently, Tony spends his free time teaching cooking classes at Sur la Table. His artistically crafted dishes have earned numerous accolades and awards from some of Sonoma county’s most renowned critics, including Petaluma Magazine’s People Choice Award for Best Local Seafood Restaurant and Best Asian Restaurant.
